VALUES AND PRINCIPLES

Our fundamental principle is that art cannot be separated from society — nor from the contemporary societal issues — as every form of art operates and exerts its influence inherently within it. Therefore, in our projects and collaborations, we prioritize social sensitivity as a primary aspect, aiming for immediate, nuanced, and swift responses to current issues. Consequently, there is a demand for generating new thoughts, solutions, and alternatives. We believe that art organized based on these principles can become a common practice of freedom, a process through which we can explore the diverse means to participate in transforming our world.

Projects aligned with our values are structured around the following guidelines:

  • Realization of interdisciplinary projects

  • Socially committed artistic work

  • Raising discourse on contemporary issues and conveying contemporary experiences

  • Encouraging critical thinking and fostering societal discourse

  • Expanding the toolbox of knowledge production through innovative artistic solutions

  • Consistent, open, and democratic workshop practices

  • Support for interdisciplinary experiments

  • Providing exposure opportunities for emerging creators

In our work, alongside ensuring the quality of projects, we strive to pay significant attention to environmental sustainability, economic transparency, and integrating expertise from allied arts and sciences. This not only aids us in long-term, deliberate construction and confident decision-making but also ensures professional and financial transparency.

Furthermore, we are committed to openness, welcoming not only professional artists but also individuals sensitive to art. We increasingly value the involvement of our audience not just as conventional spectators but also as active participants in shaping their own perspectives. We firmly believe that great theater emerges only through exploration, driven by restless, hopeful curiosity demonstrated by both creators and audiences towards the world and their fellow human beings.
